昨年に続き、今年もTHE LIVELY 東京麻布十番周辺のかき氷を特集！ホテルから徒歩で訪れることのできる３店舗を巡りました。

六本木駅から芋洗坂を下った先にあるかき氷専門店。11時半から翌朝5時まで営業しており、気温が落ち着く夜中にも立ち寄ることができます。おすすめは通年提供しているという「ティラミス」味。かき氷のさっぱり感はあるのに、ココアパウダーとマスカルポーネソースがティラミスの風味を見事に再現しています。

麻布野菜菓子
ホテルから徒歩約９分、麻布通り沿いにある野菜を使ったお菓子のお店。期間限定で提供するかき氷は、主に野菜を使った創作的なメニューが特徴です。今年の新作「とうもろこしと黒蜜」は、野菜であることを忘れてしまうほどの甘さの中にも青い大地の香りが感じられる一杯。

この度、THE LIVELY 東京麻布十番では、現代アーティスト Hayato Teraguchi 氏とのコラボレアートイベントを、8月27日〜9月8日の期間限定で開催します。

「The Shape of Buddhism」をテーマに、仏教哲学を現代アートとして再解釈。インタラクティブ作品や廃材を活用したアップサイクルアートなど、様々な作品をお楽しみいただけます。

また、初日となる8月27日にはOpening Partyを開催。ホテルの廃材を取り入れたHayato氏によるライブペイントとともに、3名のDJが会場を盛り上げます。

Art takes over THE LIVELY. 🎨
We’re excited to announce our upcoming collaboration with contemporary artist Hayato Teraguchi, from August 27 to September 8 at THE LIVELY TOKYO AZABUJUBAN.
Under the theme “The Shape of Buddhism,” the exhibition explores Buddhist philosophy through contemporary art, featuring interactive works, upcycled art, and more.
The exhibition kicks off with a special Opening Party on August 27, featuring live painting by Hayato using materials discarded from the hotel, alongside DJ sets by:

BISTRO TARO Azabujuban is tucked away on a quiet backstreet in Azabujuban, offering a unique concept as both a Japanese-Western bistro and a ramen restaurant.
Led by Tadashi Iwamoto, the third-generation chef of the legendary Ginza Candle, the restaurant carries on the legacy of a beloved establishment with a 64-year history. After Ginza Candle closed due to the aging of its building and the challenges of the pandemic, Chef Iwamoto opened BISTRO TARO Azabujuban in September 2023.
Signature dishes include the iconic Chicken Basket, inherited from Ginza Candle and once described by Akihiro Miwa as “the best in the universe,” and the celebrated Omurice, highly recommended by renowned food critic Takefumi Hamada.
Blending tradition with a modern perspective, the restaurant showcases the evolution of Japan’s unique yōshoku culture. From its carefully crafted dishes to its interior, where Japanese and Western influences coexist, BISTRO TARO Azabujuban offers an authentic taste of Japanese culinary heritage reimagined for today.

麻布十番の裏路地に佇む「BISTRO TARO Azabujuban」は、洋食ビストロとラーメン店という二つの顔を持つ一軒。店を率いるのは、64年の歴史を誇る名店「銀座キャンドル」の3代目シェフ・岩本忠さん。建物の老朽化による閉業、コロナ禍での悪戦苦闘を経て、2023年9月に「BISTRO TARO Azabujuban」として新たなスタートを切りました。
名物のチキンバスケットは、「銀座キャンドル」時代から受け継がれる看板料理で、美輪明宏さんに「宇宙一」と称された逸品で、オムライスは、“世界一のフーディー”と称される浜田岳文さんが「オムライスならここ」と太鼓判を押した一皿。名店の味を受け継ぎつつ、一部には現代的な解釈を加え、日本で独自に進化した洋食の最先端を切り拓いています。どの料理も、過剰ではないのに驚くほど多層的な味わいで、子どもの頃に心躍った味、日本人の舌に慣れ親しんだ味と、大人として出会い直すような体験をもたらしてくれます。

Opened in May 2026, Mikuraya is a newly opened deli and izakaya located along Azabu-Juban’s main street. The storefront showcases freshly prepared dishes, including its popular karaage fried chicken and a variety of traditional Japanese side dishes, attracting a steady stream of local customers.
For lunch, guests can enjoy a set meal featuring freshly made onigiri, tonjiru (pork miso soup), pickles, and a choice of fried and side dishes. With 10 different onigiri fillings and an open kitchen, the dining experience feels both authentic and lively.
In the evening, Mikuraya transforms into a casual standing-style izakaya, offering small plates, daily specials, and a carefully selected lineup of sake from across Japan.

🍙 味蔵や麻布十番総本店 🍶

2026年5月に、麻布十番大通りと雑式通りの交差点そばにオープンした惣菜店。店頭のショーケースには、看板商品の唐揚げをはじめ、きんぴらごぼうなどの惣菜が並びます。開業からまだ1か月ほどにもかかわらず、すでに地元の人々がひっきりなしに立ち寄る人気店の仲間入りを果たしています。
ランチでは、にぎりたてのおにぎり、豚汁、漬物に加え、揚げ物と小鉢を選べる定食を提供。おにぎりの具材は10種類と豊富で、オープンキッチンならではのライブ感も魅力です。
夜は立ち飲み居酒屋として営業。揚げ物や小鉢、冷やっこ、枝豆、麻婆豆腐などの定番メニューを一律450円で楽しめるほか、気まぐれで登場する「本日のおすすめ」も用意されています。日本酒は、全国各地から食事との相性を意識した銘柄をセレクト。料理と合わせながら楽しむことができます。

From May 29–31, our lounge was transformed into a space for wellness, creativity, and meaningful connection through our collaboration with ONE GARDEN.
Over three days, guests experienced scent discovery, handcrafted chai, palo santo workshops, sound bath sessions, and special wellness-inspired cocktails, creating moments to slow down and reconnect amidst the rhythm of the city.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, as well as all of the wonderful brands, creators, and practitioners who helped bring this experience to life.
