Inspired by the deepening colors of the season—green leaves gradually turning and ushering in the beauty of autumn—this collection expresses that fleeting moment through desserts crafted with Shine Muscat grapes and figs.

The lineup includes the Fig Mousse, featuring a rich, fragrant fig mousse with a subtle hint of white pepper lingering on the palate; the Fig Choux, where the deep sweetness of roasted figs is enclosed within a fragrant choux pastry; and the Shine Muscat Tart, layering juicy fruit with pistachio and a buttery sablé for added richness.
