【ソコカシコ営業再開のお知らせ】（English comes after Japanese.）
みなさま、ご無沙汰致しております。会津若松のお店「籠太」での足掛け３年に渡る研修を先日終了させて頂きました。お陰さまで、郷土料理や発酵料理、調理技術やお店の運営方法などなど、様々なことをキープアップさせて頂くことができました。まだまだ学びたいことは沢山ありましたが、これからはインプットさせて頂いたものを自分なりに咀嚼しながら自分の料理に活かしていく中で、しっかりと自分のものにしていきたいと思っております。籠太の皆さまには、この場を借りまして改めまして、厚く御礼申し上げます。
それに伴いまして、年明けからソコカシコの営業を再開致します。ひとまず金・土曜日の週末限定の営業となります。これまでは完全予約制でしたが、これからは、
どなたでもご予約なしでもご来店頂けるような居酒屋営業
としてひとまず再開致します。宿泊に関しましても、しばらくの間金・土曜日のみの素泊まり営業となります。詳細は以下ご確認ください。１名様からお気軽にご利用ください。お待ち致しております！

[Notice of Sokokashiko reopening]
Sokokashiko will resume business from the new year. For now, we will only be open on weekends, Fridays and Saturdays. Until now, we have required reservations, but from now on,
we will reopen as an izakaya where anyone can come without a reservation. As for accommodation, for the time being, we will only be open on Fridays and Saturdays with no meals. Please see below for details. Please feel free to use our facilities from one person. We look forward to seeing you.

*We have limited seating, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. We also accept reservations for banquets. Please make reservations below.
