軟式やめてソフトボールのチームに変わって数ヶ月。
仕事もあいまって、なかなか練習できてませんでした。

そのうちの１組が春休みに遊びに来てくれました。
今度は子どもだけで大阪泊まらせにいくでぇ〜

Our son has many brother (not real but it’s more than relatives though lol) in Osaka and one of them came to see n play all together. We really love their family, it was wonderful memories in spring vacation.

彼女もまた(在留ですが)トモダチの1人で、今度アメリカに帰ってしまうそうです😭その前に七宝屋に来てくれる、粋です。

Looking back on the last seven years, I’ve made so many friends all over the world. She is one of them, and she came to see me before moving back to the States.

It’s so touching that she made time for me.

Starting January 8th, I’ve taken on a brand-new challenge in the restaurant industry. Late last year, a mentor invited me to join their company as a board director. After several discussions, I officially started earlier this month.

年明け1/8より、ご縁あって飲食店経営のお手伝いを始めました。

To balance this with my existing lodging business, I’ve decided to outsource the cleaning tasks. I’m currently in the middle of recruiting and training new staff to handle that.

それに伴い、宿業の清掃をアウトソーシングすることを決め、採用＆研修行っていました。

Right now, I’m learning the ropes on-site, but my long-term goal is to contribute to the company’s growth from a management perspective. The restaurant is already finding great success with its lunch service for inbound travelers, and my goal is to eventually take the lead as the person in charge of the entire operation I’ll do my best to pull off a "two-way" career, just like Shohei Ohtani!

とはいえ現状は、ランチ営業や仕込みの現場作業に従事してます。会社のインバウンド担当大臣になるべく、本気で宿屋と飯屋の二刀流に挑戦します！

8 years ago I participated local election as a volunteer, and did again this week. I love to do new things which I’ve never done before, and it was fun and lots of satisfaction for me. Thank you so much for giving this opportunity to me and I got so much energy from him coz he has ambitions, dreams, ideas for the future.
Respect him and hope it will be elected on Sunday!!

人生初の選挙カーに乗って早8年。
