長崎行くなら絶対外せない！隠れレトロスポット。

ENRO長崎・館内から徒歩約3分。旧唐人屋敷跡のノスタルジックな石畳を歩くと見えてくるのが、堂々とした佇まいの「天后堂（てんこうどう）」です

ここは1736年、長崎へ貿易にやってきた中国（南京地方）の人々によって建てられました。堂内に祀られているのは「媽祖（まそ）」または「天后」と呼ばれる海の女神様です

唐船の乗組員たちは、長く危険な航海を無事に乗り越えられるよう、そして商売が繁盛するようにと、この場所で深く祈りを捧げていました

現在のお堂は明治時代に再建されたものですが、異国情緒たっぷりのレンガ造りや細やかな装飾からは、長崎と中国の深い結びつきを今も感じることができます

観音堂と合わせて巡れば、唐人屋敷の歴史をさらに深く味わえます。

Just about a 3-minute walk from EN RO Nagasaki Kannai. As you stroll along the nostalgic cobblestones of the former Chinese Settlement, you'll find the majestic "Tenko-do" temple.

Built in 1736 by Chinese merchants from the Nanjing region who came to Nagasaki to trade. Enshrined here is "Mazu" (also known as Tenko), the revered goddess of the sea.

Sailing in those days was truly life-threatening. The crews of the Chinese trading ships prayed deeply here for safe passage across the dangerous oceans and for prosperous business.

Although the current building was rebuilt during the Meiji era, its exotic brickwork and intricate decorations still beautifully reflect the deep historical ties between Nagasaki and China.

EN RO長崎・館内から徒歩3分。長崎市の旧唐人屋敷跡にひっそりと佇む「観音堂」。まるでタイムスリップしたかのような、異国情緒あふれる朱色とレンガ造りの建築が目を惹きます。

1689年、密貿易を防ぐために中国（清）の人々を住まわせたのが「唐人屋敷」の始まり。オランダ人の「出島」の中国版と言える場所です。
そして1737年、長崎を訪れた唐船の乗組員たちが、航海安全や商売繁盛を祈願して建てたのがこの観音堂でした。

その後、火災による再建を経ながらも、入り口のアーチ型の石門など当時の中国様式の面影を今も色濃く残しています。

長崎ならではの国際色豊かな歴史スポット。

Just a 3-minute walk from EN RO Nagasaki Kannai. Tucked away in Nagasaki's former Chinese Settlement (Tojin Yashiki) is the "Kannon-do" temple. Its striking vermilion and brick architecture exudes an exotic charm that makes you feel like you've slipped back in time.

The Chinese Settlement was established in 1689 to house people from Qing-dynasty China in order to prevent smuggling. You could call it the Chinese equivalent of "Dejima" (the Dutch trading post).

In 1737, the crews of Chinese trading ships visiting Nagasaki built this Kannon-do to pray for safe voyages and prosperous business.

Although rebuilt after a fire, it still beautifully preserves traces of its original Chinese architectural style, such as the arched stone gate at the entrance.

ちゃんぽん、皿うどんのお店は長崎市内たくさんありますがENRO長崎・館内の近くにも地元の人なら誰もが知る名店がございます。

「味処　寿々屋」さんはENRO長崎・館内から徒歩3分程度の場所。一本入った路地にひっそりと佇んでいます。

ちゃんぽんと皿うどんのみのお店ですがどこか懐かしい雰囲気漂う心地よいお店です。

ちゃんぽん、皿うどんは共にボリューム満点。お腹いっぱいになれます。

中華街にも美味しいお店はたくさんありますが、地元民が愛する名店を訪れるのも旅の醍醐味です。

There are plenty of restaurants serving Champon and Sara Udon in Nagasaki City, but there’s also a renowned spot near the ENRO Nagasaki Kannnai that every local knows.

“Aji-dokoro Suzuya” is about a 3-minute walk from the ENRO Nagasaki Kannai. It’s tucked away quietly in an alley just off the main street.

Although the menu features only Champon and Sara Udon, it’s a cozy restaurant with a nostalgic atmosphere.

Both the champon and sara udon are very hearty portions—you’ll definitely leave feeling full.

While there are plenty of delicious restaurants in Chinatown, visiting a renowned spot beloved by locals is one of the true joys of travel.

「ENRO長崎・館内」にはいくつかのアート作品が飾られています。一つは館内町が唐人屋敷跡であることを表す「唐人屋敷象徴門」を描いたデッサン。
こちらは長崎市で活躍されている八田章先生に書いて頂きた作品になります。
もう一つはENROオリジナル手拭いです。こちらは長崎市江戸町にある「長崎雑貨たてまつる」様に制作いただいた手拭いになります。手拭いは長崎では毎年10月に行われる「長崎くんち」で各山車（長崎では踊町と言います）が観客に投げる縁起物として知られています。
このENROオリジナル手拭いはご宿泊いただいたお客様に、無料でプレゼントさせて頂いております。

この手拭いが皆様の旅の思い出と館内町の豊かな歴史を柔らかく結ぶ存在となれることを祈って。

Several works of art are on display inside “ENRO Nagasaki.” One is a sketch of the “Gate Symbolizing the Chinese Residence,” which signifies that the area is the site of the former Chinese Residence.
This sketch was created by Mr. Akira Hatta, an artist active in Nagasaki City.
Another is an ENRO original tenugui. This tenugui was produced by “Nagasaki Zakka Tatematsuru,” a shop located in Edo-machi, Nagasaki City. In Nagasaki, tenugui are known as good-luck charms that each float (called “odori-cho” in Nagasaki) throws to the audience during the “Nagasaki Kunchi” festival held every October.
We are pleased to present this ENRO original tenugui as a complimentary gift to our guests.

We hope this tenugui will serve as a gentle link between your travel memories and the rich history of the Kannai-machi district.

「さるく」は長崎弁で「まちをぶらぶら歩く」と言う意味で使われていますが、この言葉が一般的になったのは2006年に開催されたまち歩きをテーマにした博覧会「長崎さるく博'06」がきっかけと言われています。
今年はそのさるく博から20周年の節目にあたる記念の年ということで多数のさるくコースが用意されています。

「ENRO長崎・館内」でも唐人屋敷から旧居留地をさるく体験プランをご用意しています。
地元を知り尽くしたガイドと一緒にまわる特別な体験プランを通じて、
長崎を「歩いて・見て・聞いて」体験する…

“Saruku” is a term in the Nagasaki dialect that means “to stroll around town,” and it is said that this word became widely known following the “Nagasaki Saruku Expo ’06,” an exposition centered on walking tours held in 2006.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of that Saruku Expo, and to celebrate, a variety of saruku courses have been prepared.

“ENRO Nagasaki Kannai” also offers a “saruku” experience plan that takes you from the Chinese Quarter to the Former Foreign Settlement.
Through this special experience plan, led by a guide who knows the area inside and out,
