これまでの豚骨ベースのちゃんぽんとは一線を画す、厳選した植物性素材と「お出汁」の旨味を最大限に引き出した一杯です。
動物性食材を一切使用していないため、ビーガン、ハラール、ベジタリアンの方はもちろん、どなたでも安心してお召し上がりいただけます。

We want everyone who visits Nagasaki to share the same delicious taste. With that in mind, a new style of champon set has been created.
This dish is distinct from traditional pork bone-based champon, using carefully selected plant-based ingredients and maximizing the umami of the broth.
Because it contains no animal products, it can be enjoyed with peace of mind by vegans, halal diners, vegetarians, and anyone else.
This light champon, finished with a Japanese-style broth, is also perfect for those who don't like pork bone broth.
