こちらのお店の最大の特徴は、
伊平屋島産のもずくを練り込んだ
もちっとした食感のもずく麺。

豚骨と鶏ガラでじっくり取った
あっさり透明スープとよく絡みます。

麺はもずく麺としろ麺の2種類から選べるので、
食べ比べも楽しいですよ。
スープが無くなり次第終了なのでお早めに。

Located about a 20-minute drive from the hotel, Sach-chan Soba in Nago is a highly popular local spot.

The shop's main highlight is its chewy mozuku noodles, made by kneading mozuku seaweed from Iheya Island directly into the dough. They pair exceptionally well with the clear, light broth slowly simmered from pork and chicken bones.

You can choose between two noodle options—mozuku noodles or traditional white noodles—making it fun to compare the two. Be sure to arrive early, as they close as soon as the soup runs out.
