On September 18, Centara Grand Hotel Osaka welcomes two guest bartenders for a special one-night-only event at “Smoke & Spin” on the 33rd floor.
Joining us is Naosuke Shima, Assistant Manager at Cocktail Bar Hedonist in Osaka, who was named Top 10 at WORLD CLASS Japan 2026 and Top 3 at SUNTORY THE BARTENDER AWARD 2025.
Also taking the bar is Maxime Bruneel, a French bartender based in Japan, known for exploring new possibilities in cocktails through complex layers of flavour, unexpected ingredients, and an approach that goes beyond convention.
With different backgrounds and creative perspectives, the two bartenders will each express their unique style through every glass.
