このたび佐野邸は、2026年6月より施設の賃貸利用に伴い、
宿泊予約を一時休止することとなりました。

再開時期につきましては、現在未定となっております。

Winter delicacies from Nanao have arrived for the Sano-tei team 🦀

Among them, Koubako-gani (female snow crab) is a true winter treat,
harvested only for a limited season from November to December.
Noto oysters also become richer and more flavorful during the colder months.

At the local supermarket Nakajima Store,
these seasonal tastes of Nanao can even be shipped.

Winter is when Nanao’s food is at its best.
Come visit and enjoy the flavors of winter here 🦪

佐野邸のスタッフ宛に、 七尾から冬の味覚が届きました🦀

中でも香箱ガニは、 11月〜12月の限られた期間だけ漁が行われる冬のごちそう。
能登かきも、寒い時期にぐっと旨みが増します。

ローカルスーパー「中島ストアー」では、
こうした七尾の味を送ってもらうこともできます。

冬は、美味しいものがいちばん揃う季節。
