【個室ビフォーアフター】

能登半島地震で全壊判定となったFREEDOM2。

あれから移転先を探し、
たどり着いたのは長年使われていなかった古いビルでした。

最初は宿泊施設とは程遠い状態。

そこから少しずつ片付けて、
修繕して、
設備を整えて、

ようやく個室としてお客様を迎えられる形になってきました。

まだまだ道半ばです。

完成までには、これからもたくさんの課題があります。

それでも、一歩一歩。

できることを積み重ねながら、
FREEDOM3のオープンに向けて前進しています。

After FREEDOM2 was declared a total loss following the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, we had to find a new place to continue our journey.

We eventually found an old building that had been unused for many years.

At first, it was far from being a guesthouse.

Step by step, we cleaned, repaired, and rebuilt it.

Now, one of the private rooms is finally taking shape and becoming ready to welcome guests.

We still have a long way to go, and many challenges remain ahead.

But we keep moving forward, one step at a time.

地震で雨漏りしていたfreedom2のホールから
持ってきたエアコンがfreedom3に
やっと取り付け工事が始まりました。
いろいろと長かった。

取り付けが完了して
エアコンが動いた時は
あれから2年半のいろいろな思いが込み上げてきました。

雨漏りしていたので、使えるか心配でしたが
少しガタついて、部品交換が必要との事でした。
何とか使えそうで良かった。

新しいのモノを取り付けても良かったのですが
地震とそれからの2年半を経験した
このエアコンと共に
もう一度一緒に進みたいなと思います。

このエアコンの下で
絶望の中、途方にくれてたが
今度は、このエアコンの下で
希望に溢れた楽しい時間を
新しいfreedom3で過ごしたいと思います。

その日まで。

The air conditioner that was brought from the hall of Freedom 2, which had been damaged by rain leaks after the earthquake, has finally begun to be installed at Freedom 3.

It has been a long journey to get to this point.

When the installation is completed and the air conditioner starts running again, I know a flood of memories and emotions from the past two and a half years will come rushing back.

Because it had been exposed to rain leaks, I was worried whether it would still work. The technicians said it shakes a little and some parts will need to be replaced, but thankfully it looks like it can still be used.

Of course, we could have installed a brand-new unit.

But this air conditioner has been with us through the earthquake and everything that followed during these past two and a half years.

I want to move forward once again together with it.

Under this air conditioner, there were days when I felt lost and overwhelmed by despair.

Now, under the same air conditioner, I hope to spend joyful moments filled with hope in the new Freedom 3.

Until that day.

And until that day, we keep moving forward.

フリーダム1だった場所も解体が終わってました。ここから始まった旅。まだ、途中だけどね。明け方まで、語り合った夜が懐かしいな。寂しいけど、前に進もう。僕らが描いた未来を取り戻すため。もっともっと想像も出来ない未来に向かって^_^素敵な時間をありがとう。フリーダム1^_^
Freedom 1 has been torn down too.
That’s where our journey began. We’re still on the way, though.I miss those nights when we talked until dawn.
It’s sad, but we have to keep moving forward.

break and cross the wall.
本当に物理的に壁を壊しました笑笑
とりあえず天井がなくなりました。
よく言えばアート感、悪く言えば廃墟感ってか廃墟笑笑
だけど、僕的にはかなりかっこ良いかなと思ってます。
天井なくなって少し広く感じます。
一歩ずつゆっくりも確実に一歩ずつ進んでます。
This is where I belong.

Break and cross the wall.
I literally broke the wall, haha.

For now, the ceiling is gone.
In a good way, it feels artistic. In a bad way… it feels like ruins—actually, straight-up ruins, haha.

But to me, it looks pretty cool.
With the ceiling gone, the space even feels a bit larger.

Step by step, slowly but surely, I’m moving forward.

This is where I belong.

いよいよ、フリーダム3の工事が始まりました。
震災からここまで本当に長かった。
ずっとずっと何も進まない現実に耐える日々。
諦めずにずっとずっと待ってました。
まずは、ライブハウス予定の天井を壊す工事が始まりました。同時にアスベスト除去もしてもらいます。
まだまだ道は長いですが、まずは一歩進みます。
新しいフリーダム3の物語へ。

Construction on Freedom 3 has finally begun.
It's been a really long journey since the earthquake.
We have endured the reality that nothing has progressed for so long.
We have been waiting and waiting, without giving up.
First, work has begun to demolish the ceiling of the planned live music venue. At the same time, they will be removing the asbestos.
There is still a long way to go, but we are taking this first step.
Towards a new Freedom 3 story.
There is where I belong.

あけましておめでとうございます。
震災以降、思うように進まない日々もありますが
もがきながら一歩ずつ前へ進んでいます
FREEDOM3は現在開業準備中ですが
今年はようやくとりあえずの形で出来そうかなと思ってます。

たくさんの方が集い,夢を語り、自分らしく楽しめる場所でありたい
能登にそんな“遊べる場所”をと思い始めたFREEDOMは
皆さんのおかげで愛される場所になりました。

また皆さんに会える日を楽しみにしています
この一年が、皆さん、そして世界、そして能登にとって
少しでも希望の見える年になりますように

また、ここから新しい物語を。

Since the earthquake, there have been days when things haven’t gone as smoothly as we hoped,
but we continue to move forward, one step at a time, while struggling and learning.

FREEDOM3 is currently in preparation for opening,
and this year, it finally feels like it is starting to take shape, at least in some form.

We hope it will be a place where many people can gather, share their dreams,
and truly enjoy being themselves.

FREEDOM began with the wish to create a place to “have fun” here in Noto,
and thanks to all of you, it has become a place filled with love.

We are really looking forward to the day we can see you all again.

May this year bring even a small sense of hope
to all of you, to the world, and to Noto.

And from here, a new story begins.
