私達は、北陸新幹線を利用して敦賀から金沢に向かいました。敦賀始発の「つるぎ」の車内は空いています。敦賀駅から「かがやき」に乗ると3時間10分で東京駅に着きます。
We took the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tsuruga to Kanazawa. The "Tsurugi" train, which departs from Tsuruga, was not crowded. If you take the "Kagayaki" train from Tsuruga Station, you will arrive at Tokyo Station in 3 hours and 10 minutes.

Reunion Island is an overseas department of France, located east of Madagascar. The two travelled all the way from that island to visit Miyama. It's a small world!!

10月、ﾌﾗﾝｽ・ﾊﾟﾘからのﾌｧﾐﾘｰをお迎えしました。皆様と一緒に「めだか」取りや、豊作の柿をとり楽しみました。　子供たちが可愛い！
We welcomed a family from Paris, France. We enjoyed catching killifish and picking persimmons from the bountiful harvest. The children were adorable!

10月　初めてプエルトリコからのカップルを迎えました。新婚旅行として日本選び美山まで来てくれました。お二人の幸せを共に祝いたい気持ちです。
In October, we welcomed our first couple from Puerto Rico. They chose Japan for their honeymoon and came all the way to Miyama. We wanted to celebrate their happiness together.

先月のカップルのお客様ですが、日本の伝統が知りたいとのことで美山に見えました。　女性の両親はウクライナ人であり地元の戦況に心を痛めていました。　早期に戦争が終わり、皆様に平和と幸福が訪れるように祈ります。
Last month, a couple came to Miyama because they wanted to learn about Japanese traditions. The woman's parents are Ukrainian and were worried about the war situation in their country. We pray that the war will end soon and that peace and happiness will come to everyone.　＃hanabusa

いよいよ田植えのシーズンの到来、桜の花の満開時期に私はトラクターに乗り、今年の豊作を神に祈りながら耕運します。
The rice planting season has finally arrived, and as the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, I get on my tractor and start tilling the fields. I pray to God for a good harvest this year.

やっと桜が咲きました。まだ８分咲きですが、入学式には間に合いました。
There was a lot of snow this winter, so the cherry blossoms were late in blooming. They are only about 80% in bloom, but they arrived in time for the entrance ceremony.

We welcomed our first guest from Romania in Eastern Europe. She loves Japan and travels there every year. Luckily, she chose the Hanabusa in Miyama this time.
