【新日本三大夜景の一つ】/【One of the New Three Major Night Views of Japan】（English Below）
奈良市は山梨市と北九州市とともに新日本三大夜景の一つを観られる場所です。しかし、奈良市の建築物には高さ制限がある為、夜景が観られる高い建物は多くありません。では、どのように夜景を楽しめばよいでしょうか？私のおすすめは若草山の展望台から観る夜景です！
若草山の山麓ゲートから山頂展望台まで歩いて30～40分程度かかりますが、一重目・二重目という登山の途中で休憩スペースが2つあります。鹿たちも山のあちらこちらでのんびりとくつろいでいます。入山は午後5時まで可能です（※1）。
夜景を観に行くなら、懐中電灯等をお持ちください。山頂展望台から観る日の入りと、新日本三大夜景の一つを望むことができます。
お車をご利用の場合、奈良奥山ドライブウェイ・新若草山コースをご利用ください（※2）。
山頂駐車場から、展望台まではフットライトで照らされており、お子様連れの方にも安心です。徒歩で約3～5分の山頂展望台に到着したら、眼下には夢のような光景が広がっていることでしょう。

There is “Mount Wakakusa Viewpoint” on the summit of the mountain, and it won’t take long to reach this spot – just around 30-40 minutes from the foot. Moreover, the mountain is composed of three hills, on each of which you can stop and have a break, so it won’t be exhausting for travelers with children, too. We’re sure family travelers will be especially happy to know that famous Nara deer also like climbing and can be spotted anywhere on the Mount Wakakusa.
