Okayama Plaza Hotel Co., Ltd. was founded in August 1963 as “Tobi Tourism Development Co., Ltd.”, and over the years the company has developed in close connection with the local community, earning the continued support of numerous customers.
Opened in 1971, Okayama Plaza Hotel is located on the north side of , and provides sweeping views of and the city center from its guest rooms and top-floor restaurant. The hotel also boasts two banquet halls - each capable of accommodating up to 1,000 guests -, which are the largest in the Okayama Prefecture.

The Tsuyama Kakuzan Hotel, opened in 1989, is situated in the Joto district of Tsuyama, a historic castle town often called the “Little Kyoto of Western Japan.” Nestled among lush greenery along the clear Yoshii River, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a favorite spot among travelers.
The Kibi Service Area, one of the major service areas in the Chugoku-Shikoku Region, opened in 1993 on the Sanyo Expressway inbound line and is located near the Okayama Interchange. The shopping corner offers an extensive selection of regional products.
In 2010, we established a Confectionery Department and launched our original brand "Yamaichiya Kyubey". The design of the logo incorporates the distinctive Yamaichi emblem together with the sails of the Kitamae-bune. In addition to making handmade premium cheesecake and lemon cake, we have also developed many popular products such as “Shimotsui Nagahama” rice crackers and dorayaki “Sanshamaru”.
The stands out as a unique creation, made with Hokkaido red bean paste, Okayama salt and Kagoshima chicken eggs. Its flavorful bean paste is perfectly balanced and wrapped in a moist, chewy dough, making it a product we proudly recommend.
Anpando, which opened in 2008, operates a bakery in . It produces and sells around 20 varieties of anpan, including classic red bean paste, cream, and seasonal fruit fillings; and is loved by customers of all ages.
Furthermore, our company is part of the Tokiwa Group, a network of 9 companies based in Okayama Prefecture. The group operates across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, machinery sales, metal processing, LP gas production and energy supply; and provides services in transportation, , including hotels, service areas, golf center and hot spring resorts.
