10月3日（土）から31日（土）まで、
Satologueでは、千葉の食材を取り入れた特別なコースをご用意します。

「食べる」ことが、千葉への支援につながる——。

豪雨による被害を知り、
私たちにも少しでも何かできることはないだろうか。
そんな思いから、今回の取り組みが始まりました。

実際にその土地へ足を運び、生産者の方に会い、
自分たちの目で今の状況を見てきました。

誰が、どんな場所で、どんな思いで育てたものなのか。
畑や葡萄畑を歩き、つくり手の方々から話を聞き、
そこで見て、聞いて、感じてきたものも一緒に、
ひと皿にしてお届けします。

一度訪れて、一度食材を使って、それで終わりではなく。
この取り組みをきっかけに、
千葉の土地やつくり手の方々とのつながりを、
この先も大切にしていけたらと思っています。

雨の多かった夏が過ぎ、
先日まで甘い香りを届けてくれていた金木犀も
すっかり散り、山全体が秋の深まりを告げています。

Opened in July, Sumi is an exclusive private villa, available to one group per day.

When you feel like using the sauna, step into the sauna.
When you feel like taking a walk, wander through the garden.

We also recommend following the private path that leads from the garden down to the river.

With the entire villa reserved exclusively for you,
there is no need to think about anyone else’s schedule.
Simply spend the day however you feel.

季節の入り口って、どこにあるのでしょう。

空気が少し冷たくなったとき。
山の色が、ゆっくり変わりはじめたとき。
感じ方は、きっと人それぞれです。

Satologueでは先日、
ウスキモクセイが香りはじめました。

面白いことに、
誰かに教えられたわけでもないのに、
スタッフそれぞれが別々の場所で
その香りを捉えていて。

言葉にしなくても「あ、秋が来たな」と
みんなが同じように感じていたことが、
なんだかとても嬉しく思えました。

旅の記憶は、写真に残るものだけではありません。

ここで嗅いだ香り。
窓の向こうに流れていた時間。
その日に味わった、旬のもの。

何年か先、どこかで同じ香りに出会ったとき。
「どこで嗅いだ香りだっけ…ああ、奥多摩だったな」と
Satologueで過ごした時間を
ふと思い出してもらえたら。

ここを訪れた方にとっても、
そんな記憶になっていたらいいなと思います。

Where does a new season truly begin?
Is it when the air turns crisp?
Or when the colors of the mountains begin to shift?
Perhaps everyone feels it differently.
At Satologue, autumn revealed itself when the Usukimokusei softly began to bloom.
Without saying a word, our team members—each in different spots across the grounds—noticed the very same scent. Realizing we were all sharing that moment and feeling the arrival of autumn together brought a quiet warmth to my heart.
Memories of a journey are not bound only to photographs.
It’s the aroma in the air.
The slow passing of time beyond the window.
The seasonal flavors gathered on your plate.
Years from now, if you happen to catch this scent somewhere again, I hope it prompts a gentle reflection: “Where was that again? Ah, right—it was in Okutama.”
