今日は、2025年の松原くんちの日。
余泊がある大村市・松原エリアは、かつて長崎街道沿いの宿場町として栄え、
今も静かな佇まいの中に歴史と文化が息づいています。
宿から徒歩約12分には、地域の守り神「松原八幡神社」。
その周辺には“松原宿”として旅人を迎えた面影が残り、
今でも11月には、伝統行事・松原くんちが行われます。
旅の合間に、少しだけまち歩きを。
この土地ならではの時間に出会えます。
Today marks the Matsubara Kunchi Festival of 2025.
The Matsubara district of Ōmura—home to Yohaku Stay—once thrived as a post town along the historic Nagasaki Kaidō.
Though time has passed, its traditions and quiet charm remain beautifully intact.
Just a 12-minute walk away stands Matsubara Hachiman Shrine,
surrounded by traces of the former Matsubara-juku, where travelers once rested.
Every November, the community celebrates the centuries-old Matsubara Kunchi Festival.
