大阪・なんばの ホテルロイヤルクラシック大阪 では、オランダの現代アーティスト フロレンティン・ホフマン氏の作品「黄色いカバ」に着想を得たオリジナルケーキを販売中です。
ころんと丸みのあるフォルムとやさしい表情をスイーツで表現。上段のカバ部分には爽やかなマンダリンオレンジのムース、土台にはなめらかなレアチーズムースを使用し、中心にはマンゴーのコンフィチュールを忍ばせました。さらにピスタチオ生地やラズベリーのロイヤルティーヌが食感と酸味のアクセントに。

柑橘の爽やかさ、トロピカルフルーツの華やかさ、ナッツのコクが重なり合う、見た目も味わいも楽しめる一品です。

A charming dessert inspired by art.

At Hotel Royal Classic Osaka in Namba, an original cake inspired by the famous yellow hippo artwork by Dutch contemporary artist Florentijn Hofman is now available.

Its rounded shape and gentle expression are beautifully recreated in this playful dessert. The hippo-shaped top layer features a refreshing mandarinorange mousse, while the base is made with smooth rare cheesecake mousse.
Inside, a mango confiture adds a tropical sweetness, complemented by pistachio sponge and raspberry royal tea crunch for extra texture and a hint of tartness.
The bright citrus flavor, tropical fruit notes, and nutty richness come
together in a delightful harmony.
