從地下鐵・惠美須町站(3.4號出口)徒步約3分鐘的POLY HOSTEL OSAKA大阪波哩旅館，為2016年8月中旬全新開幕的和洋風青年旅館，主要是服務全世界各地的旅人與背包客。

從旅館所在地就能看見通天閣近在眼前，不僅鄰近日本橋電電城、黑門市場、難波、天王寺等熱門觀光景點，搭乘JR前往關西機場、環球影城的交通也十分便利。

旅館是HOSTEL青年旅舍的型態，為了能讓旅客享有良好的住宿環境及獨立舒適的睡眠空間，不同於一般上下舖床位的Hostel或是Guesthouse，客房全部為個別的雙人和室，使用和紙編織的高級榻榻米及厚實舒適的日式床組，房內也有獨立小陽台，採光通風都很好，提供旅客們一個經濟實惠又舒適的住宿環境。
