"Too Hot Summer Has Come!!" at Cafe Whale in Suma beach ,KOBE.

Today, we introduce the Umino-ie "Cafe Whale" on Suma beach in Kobe.
"Umino-ie" is Japanese language.
And, it means the shops on beach side.
Here you can change clothes and take a shower, you can have a barbecue or drink a tropical drink.
There is a photograph, but there is a small pool for children here.
So, not only young people, but also family can enjoy enough.

Who says anything, barbecue and cocktails in the sea breeze are the best! !

So, in summer, if you visit to Osaka Japan, please go to "Cafe Whale" in Suma beach.
Indeed, I can recommend this to you.

It takes about 50 mins by railway or car from our hotel.

" Everything is to go to Koshien Stadium,,,."
Too hot high school baseball games in summer.

Now, In Japan, Summer National High School Baseball Championship qualifying is held in various places.

For high school baseball players, to play at Koshien stadium is a dream and a goal.
To play in the Koshien stadium means to win at the local qualifying and participate in the final national competition.

Since this competition fights all in a tournament style, to lose the a game once in qualifying means that they cannot go to "Koshien".

Baseball is a sport with more upsets than other sports.
A little good luck and bad luck affect the game.
So,in local qualifying, the strong high school often loses.

That is why, as the photo shows, the cheering group prays for good luck.
So, during a game, players can not miss the moment.
All players never give up and fight.
In Japan, high school baseball is the most popular sport among amateur sports.
That pure and beautiful minded fight by high school player is the reason of favorite in Japanese people.

This final national competition is held from 7 to 21 August.
You can go to "Koshien stadium for 40 min from our hotel by train.
If you stay in our hotel during being opened this competition , please try to visit to Koshien stadium and feel the high school baseball player's spirits by yourself.
You surely will be impressed!!.

帰ってきた　酔いどれフロントレセプショニストの独り言（笑）

フランス、ブルゴーニュ地方の続き、、、、
今更、”シャブリ”、、、、　(笑)

言うまでもなく、シャブリはフランスを代表する”シャルドネ”種の白ワインです。
過去の日本において、なぜ、シャブリだったのか、、、

私は、今や、世界中にシャルドネ種のワインは星の数ほど存在していますが、、、
この品種の原産地はフランスのブルゴーニュです。
それだけ、この白ワイン用の葡萄が優秀である証明でもあります。

また、今や常識でもありますが、上手に醸造されたシャブリはそのシャルドネ種の白ワインの中で他が持ち合わせていない、一口飲めばそれと、すぐに識別できるハッキリとした個性をもっています。

よく”火打石”に例えられますが、ミネラルを連想させる香と味を持ち合わせています。
それは、アップした画像にもあるように、世界的にも稀な、石灰石に覆われた土壌（フランス語で値打ちこいで言えば、テロワールね＜笑＞）が生み出す個性に他なりません。

私は、そのミネラル香と相まって、メロンを連想しますし、また、日本酒の吟醸香（特に山田錦と9号酵母でできる）を感じます。また、上質のものはイメージと裏腹にけっこう酸味が穏やかでもあります。
複雑と言うよりもピュアなイメージです。
これが、当時、酸味のするお酒が苦手だった日本人に受け入れられた要因ではないかと、私は考えています。

造り手としては、
徹底的に洗練された　ドーヴィサ、、、
徹底的に伝統的な　　ラヴノー、、、
シャブリの2大巨頭だと思います。

シャブリの中ではちょっと高価ですが、一度試す値打ちは充分にあります。
特に、グランクリュ（特級）畑のものでなく、プルミエクリュ（一級）畑のものがコスパ高いです。

是非、機会があれば試してみてください！！

Developing as Hanamachi, Osaka Minami Soemon-cho has about 400 years of history. Based on the concept of "Soemon-cho, a town with food, alcohol, and a river", it is a shopping district where more than 500 eating and drinking establishments have gathered. Throughout the year, a variety of events and campaigns are conducted. The Soemon-cho Summer Festival" bustles with a total of 5,000 visitors (over the 2 days it is held), making it the largest local event held in the Soemon-cho area each year.

Centered around an "Outdoor Live Stage", in which a diverse array of musicians and performers appear over 2 days, it also includes an "Outdoor Beer Hall" which features 10 famous and popular shops from Soemon-cho shopping street.
At the “open-air live stage”, this year’s special guest is scheduled to be Tomogoro Yamamura, master of Yamamura-ryu Rokusei-Souke Japanese dance, so that visitors may at least partially enjoy the traditional culture of the flower town Nanchi.

Today, We will introduce the French restaurant near Hotel Lore
Shinsaibashi.

The name is "Lumiere".
During 7 years,They are getting and keeping 1 star by "Michelin guide book " .
The chef Mr Karato is also the owner.
About 22 years ago,He and I were working together at Michelin guide 3 stars restaurant "La cote D'or" .
He was an excellent middle-class chef, I was a "foolish" sommelier.
From that time, his dish was delicate and bold.
Please watch photo of his dishes.
What delicate dishes!!.
These photo of his dishes are not fake. these are the real.
His works is artistic and combines the delicacy of Japanese kaiseki cuisine.
And his works is entirely different from traditional French cuisine.
Yes, he is also artistic, metamorphosed and genius.
I'm calling his dishes "Karato- World".

So, Please try to have his dishes when you visit to Osaka-Minami area in Japan.
There is something to visit there to must !!.

Dear all guests in the world

Hozenji is a small temple in the center of Osaka Minami-ku. The narrow cobblestone streets around it are the old entrance and there is a shop for worshipers. This temple is said to bring prosperity to business with respect to place, water (alcohol). You add water to the statue. It is said that sickness and injury in the place where water is put on that statue will heal. This is a Japanese prayer that has been transmitted long ago.

It takes about 10 min from our hotel.
When you come to the Osaka Minami area, you should visit here!!.

台風接近の中、、、

本日、平日にも拘わらず、珍しく早い時間から日本のお客様がちらほらと荷物を預けにいらっしゃいました。

こんな日は、京セラドームでプロ野球以外のイベントがある確率が高いのです。（まれに例外はありますが、）

やっぱり、、、
7月4日、5日の2日間、、、ミスチル、、、

会場は大変な混雑になるのでしょうね。雨も降り出し、湿気も高い状況では、、、

特に、ジャニーズのイベント時はグッズ販売のためか、ゲートまで不思議な導線になっていたりします。(笑)

因みに、ホテルロア心斎橋は、京セラドームまで地下鉄鶴見緑地線1本で、僅か７分しかかかりません。
しかも、ホテルの出口の左隣が地下鉄の入口ですので、全く雨に濡れません。
その上、アフターはミナミで夜遅くまで楽しめます。(笑)

An "angel" in see side park

北港ヨットハーバーの公園での一コマです。

近づいて私に気が付いても、逃げる素振りも見せず、

通常ノラ猫は飼い猫よりも警戒心の強い目つきをしている場合

が多いのですが、

この子の目、可愛すぎ、、、

全く警戒心のない目をしてました。

ここの公園、人も少なく、潮の香と僅かな波の音、

そして桟橋、ヨットのマストが波に揺られて擦れる音、

のんびりするには、最高でした。

”帰ってきた”酔いどれフロントレセプショニストの独り言、、、

Ville de Beaune, il y a 20 ans, en France,

ボーヌ市は、フランス、ブルゴーニュ地方のワイン産地の中心街として賑わい、中世ヨーロッパ時代は小国のブルゴーニュ公国の首都でもありました。

画像の地図に記されている中心地は今でも、城壁に囲まれ、（進撃の巨人には歯が立たないと思いますが、、笑）その城壁内は京都の東山地区のように、厳しい建築規制が設けられ、美しい中世ヨーロッパのたたずまいが、その当時のまま残っています。
当時の私は、その城壁内の由緒あるホテルに宿泊できるほどの予算はなく（何しろ京都の東山地区みたいなところですから）、郊外のビジネスホテルにしか泊まれませんでした。（笑）

また当時、土曜日の夜には、広場で仮設の遊園地（神戸ハーバーランドの家族連れが楽しめるような）が開催され、その賑わいは今でも忘れられません。

正直言って、ワイン愛好家でなくとも、訪れるべきものがこの街にはあります。
是非とも、フランスを訪れる際は、ボーヌの街を訪れてみてください。

The city of Beaune was flourished as the city center of the wine region of France.During the medieval European era, Bourgogne region was also the capital of the Bourgogne principality of a small country.

Even now, the center on the map of the image is still surrounded by the walls (not enough for "Shingeki-no-Kyojin" lol) The inside of the wall is like the Higashiyama district of Kyoto ,Japan.
The appearance of beautiful medieval European remains still lasts from that time beause tough Building regulations have been established to protect it.
At that time I had no enough budget to stay at the historic hotel in the castle wall (because it was expensive like the Higashiyama area in Kyoto, anyway), I could only stay at a suburban business hotel. (Lol)

One Saturday evening, a temporary amusement park (like the one at Kobe Harborland where a family can enjoy) was held in the open space, and I could never forget its bustle until even now .

To be honest, I recommend you should visit here even you are not a wine enthusiast.
By all means, when you visit France, please visit the city of Beaune.

夏の始まり

この7月13、14,日、大阪ミナミの夏の始まりを告げる
難波八坂神社の夏祭りが執り行われるそうです。

13日（木）は、道頓堀の船渡御
14日（金）は、神社周辺の陸渡御（御神輿）みたいです。

賑やかなミナミは、何故か無条件で楽しく感じたりします。
皆様も是非、ミナミの夏を楽しまれては？

Namba Yasaka Shrine 's summer festival will be held on July 13 and 14 in the Osaka Minami area.

本格的な梅雨に突入しそうですね、、、

水不足による取水制限や、農作物の収穫の影響を考えると、”恵の雨”とも言えなくはありませんが、、、、

とは言っても、憂鬱な雨には違いなく、、、

”どピーカン”の夏が待ち遠しい、、、、

因みに、ホテルロア心斎橋の入り口は、地下鉄長堀橋駅３番出口の左隣ですので、地下鉄でお越しの際は全く濡れません。

"A BLUE RAINY DAYS" in Osaka,,,,,

Now in Japan(without Hokkaido), It is a rainy season before summer and called "TSUYU"（梅雨） by Japanese.
The rainy season is expressed in Japanese kanji with the letters "plum"（梅） and "rain"(雨）. Of course, because it was a character transmitted from China, it is the same notation in Chinese.
