Dear all guests who reserved our room/ plan to reserve,

We don’t have front desk, please check in by yourself. All information about check in will be send to your registered (which you used to booking) email. Please check.

In AirBnB and AGODA system, the payment included cleaning fee. You don’t need to pay extra fee if you reserved through these website.

In Expedia and Hotel.com. They not allow us put cleaning fee once in each reservation. Therefore, we need to charge cleaning fee respectively.

The cleaning fee is a must, the cleaning service is provided before check in and after check out. And we just charge once per each stay. No matter guests stay one day or one week, the cleaning fee is the same.

Please noted that the train between Kumamoto and Osaka will delay about 15mins.

The earthquake of Kumamoto, Osaka can feel slightly swing. Sight-seeing in Kansai area is not affected. Please don't worry and enjoy your trip!

In Sakuranomiya(桜ノ宮)。
Very nice Japanese told me that it is a really great place to see Sakura.

Even without Sakura, there is a really nice place to take photos.
