「Folk Kitchen（フォルク キッチン）」では、ランチ＆ディナービュッフェのメニューの一部として復刻メニューをご用意✨
「Folk Kitchen」の前身、オールデイダイニング「かるた」から「ナシゴレン」を復刻。当時、世界各地の料理フェアを数多く開催し、その中でも甘みと辛さのバランスが絶妙な「ナシゴレン」は多くのお客様からご好評でした。

さらに、開業の1986年から2017年まで長年多くのお客様に愛された中国料理「王朝」からは「餡掛け焼そば」を、「ウインドーズ オン ザ ワールド」で好評をいただいたペイストリービュッフェからは「ティラミス」を提供いたします。

We are bringing back Nasi Goreng form "Karuta", the all-day dining restaurant that preceded Folk Kitchen. Over the years, "Karuta" hosted many cuisine fairs featuring dishes from around the world, and among them, Nasi Goreng was well received by many guests for its excellent balance of sweetness and spice.

In addition, Ankake Yakisoba from the Chinese restaurant Dynasty, which was enjoyed by many guests from 1986 to 2017, and Tiramisu from the pastry buffet at Windows on the World will also be available.
