モダンフレンチ「ジョリー ブラッスリー」にて、日本人醸造家・桃井隆宏氏を迎え、一夜限りの特別なワインメーカーズディナーを開催いたします。

カリフォルニアで誕生したアーサー・セラーズは、ソノマの個性豊かな畑のブドウを用いた少量生産のワイナリー。豊かな果実味と美しい酸が調和する、洗練されたワインを生み出しています。

当日は桃井氏を迎え、シェフ ジェイソンがそれぞれのワインに寄り添う特別メニューをご用意。
