皆さんこんにちは！
ラジェントステイ札幌大通です(*^-^*)

今回はホテルから徒歩約5分、狸小路5丁目内にある「うしとさかな」という
お店に行ってきましたのでご紹介いたします！
2024年の8月にオープンしてから行列の絶えない人気店だそうです。
店名がうしとさかなというだけあってどちらの料理も楽しめるお店です(≧▽≦)
お酒の種類も豊富で料理に合ったお酒と一緒にいただけるのでお酒好きさんにもうれしいです！
もちろんノンアルドリンクもあります。(^－^)
日替わりで楽しめる料理もあるので行くたびに今日は何かなと楽しみになりますね！
今回日替わりで食べたのは出汁がふんわりと香るエビマヨでした( *´艸｀)
冬のお酒と欠かせないのが温かいおでんですよね？
じっくり煮込んだやわらかい大根のおでんが冷えた体を温めてくれました。

This time, we went to a restaurant called “Beef and Fish” in Raccoon Alley 5-chome, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
It's located in Raccoon Koji 5-chome, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel!
Since its opening in August 2024, the restaurant has been popular with a long line of customers.
The name of the restaurant is “Ox and Fish,” so you can enjoy both types of cuisine.

突然ですが、皆さまこの時期に北海道・札幌に来た際に何を食べてますか？
ジンギスカン🍖、味噌ラーメン🍜、回転寿司🍣、どれもおいしいです。
だがしかーーし!!!(*‘ω‘ *)　
北海道には今が食べごろ“旬”を迎える食材が沢山あります。
というわけで今回は今が旬の🐡海鮮🐡を紹介します。

① #毛ガニ
冬の毛ガニは殻を開けると身がビッシリ詰まっていて食べ応え抜群🦀
甘みがあり引き締まった身になめらかで濃厚なカニ味噌をたっぷりつけて、うまいっしょ!!!

② #牡蠣　 #仙鳳趾
艶がありプリプリな牡蠣は12月から2月が旬を迎えます。
特に有名な産地がが厚岸湾の西にある仙鳳趾。何て読むと思いますか？😁
ここで採れる牡蠣は身がふっくらとしており、旨味が凝縮されコクがあり絶品の味わいです。

③ #八角
極上な脂のうま味が人気で焼き魚、刺身で食べるのがオススメ☺
とても希少な魚として知られていますが、近年では居酒屋でも見かけられるようになっています。

④ #キンキ
上質な脂がたっぷりのった高級魚・キンキは煮つけがなまらうまい😊
特に網走産の「釣りキンキ」は格別な味わいで高級料亭なのでしか味わえない至極の食材。
