グランドメルキュール伊勢志摩リゾート＆スパでは、9月26日より、三重県産の紅葉鯛や伊勢茶、三重県産はちみつ、三重県産豚など、地域で育まれた食材を活かした秋のディナービュッフェをご用意します。

秋に旨みを増す三重県産の「紅葉鯛」は、生産者から直接仕入れ、彩り豊かなお造りや、地元産わかめと合わせた潮仕立てで。素材本来の上品な甘みやほどよい歯ごたえ、海の恵みを感じる味わいをお楽しみいただけます。

さらに、苺のモンブランに伊勢茶パウダーをあしらった「伊勢茶モンブラン」や、三重県産はちみつを使用した「大学芋」など、秋ならではのメニューも。伊勢志摩をはじめとする三重の豊かな食材とともに、季節の移ろいを感じるディナータイムをお過ごしください。

As the season of abundance arrives in Ise-Shima, enjoy a moment savoring the bounty of the region.
From September 26, Grand Mercure Ise-Shima Resort & Spa will offer an autumn dinner buffet featuring locally sourced ingredients, including autumn sea bream from Mie Prefecture, Ise tea, honey from Mie Prefecture, and pork from Mie Prefecture.
The Mie Prefecture autumn sea bream, which becomes especially flavorful in autumn, is sourced directly from the producer and served as colorful sashimi or in a clear broth with locally sourced wakame seaweed. Enjoy its naturally refined sweetness, pleasantly firm texture, and flavors that evoke the bounty of the sea.
The buffet also features seasonal dishes such as “Ise Tea Mont Blanc,” made with strawberry Mont Blanc topped with Ise tea powder, and candied sweet potatoes made with honey from Mie Prefecture. Together with the rich ingredients of Mie, including those from Ise-Shima, enjoy a dinner that lets you experience the changing season.
