2026/2027 Season … it’s coming in hot, friends!

There’s something that’s pure magic about winter at The Brueys ✨

Fresh snow stacked outside the windows. Buzz at Brekkie. Apres fun. Long dinners. Vinyl playing downstairs. The walk back from the mountain is a literal dream 🏔️

What started as a small lodge has become a place so many of our guests return to year after year — and book their dates for the next season before they leave…how lucky are we to have the best guest on the planet 🌏

Bookings for Winter 2026/2027 are now open and peak season dates are already almost booked out. Time to get in touch 🫶🏻

✨We are confident and sometimes we are super nervous

✨We are adventurers & don’t believe in a “forever home”

✨We are visionaries and we make huge mistakes

✨We are best friends to many and to eachother

We are so many things and that’s the beauty of what makes us perfect for 🫶🏻

The Brueys is about family and connection, adventure and laughs, it’s about spending time in a beautiful place with amazing people- even if life feels tough at that moment.

What makes a stay @ The Brueys different? We’ve already thought of all the details. We have traveled around the world and stayed in amazing places and places we probably haven’t thought about since. When creating our vision for The Brueys we knew that the small details we love and appreciate would likely be details that our guests would appreciate just as much. And you know what? They do ❄️

✨ Our beds are super comfy and our sheets are dreamy. Bruey spent months researching thread counts and pillow fill to make sure your sleep felt like the best sleep ever.

✨Love a morning mimosa or Apres cocktail? SO DO WE! And we will remember what you like after the first day, because knowing our guest matters. Spritz? We got it. Local Sake, of course! A delish mocktail? We’ve got you covered.

✨Kate helps you navigate all the details leading up- train time tables, shuttles, nursery bookings, ski and snowboard rentals .collective 🎿 Planning can feel daunting so we help with as much as we can so you don’t have to sweat too many details.

✨Big beautiful restaurant with healthy locally sourced food all prepared by a fabulous chef. When you travel sometimes it can feel like you don’t get to make the most intentional and healthy choices which is fun for a bit but by day 3- yikes - your body can just feel a bit whacky! At The Brueys, we know how important food can be to fuel you for a HUGE day! That’s why our menu reflects goodness and seasonally relevant products from our region 🫜🥬🥕

We love our guests at and that’s why we want to make sure every BIG and small detail is thought of from the time you book through when we say “see you next season!” 💯

BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE BRUEYS… 🎬

October behind the scenes 🍂❄️

Running a snow lodge means there’s never just one project in motion — it’s dozens. From maintenance and upgrades to guest experiences, strategy, and growth, every day brings new decisions and surprises.

It’s a fast-paced season of learning, planning, and building — Bruey and I really hold hands and make it all hum together. Our team work is something we are really bloody proud of. Speaking of BTS, we are so grateful for one of our MVP behind the scenes members who keeps everything that’s done in Nihongo on track 🙏🏻

Grateful for the pace, the progress, and the view that reminds us why we do it. 🏔️💙

❄️ 🎉 131 DAYS UNTIL OUR FIRST GUESTS 🎉❄️

We started chatting last night about how excited we are for the coming season- epic guests returning to us, awesome new guests coming to join us, a new team, .takeuchi heading up Pinchi’s Place, heading up , and epic snow on the way- LIFE IS GOOD 👍🏻

Japan really is magical and we are so proud to be able to be a place our guests can experience the magic of Japan while making core memories with their families and friends- new and old ❄️

Being able to explore the world together, celebrate friends, and scoot from place to place on beach paths are all core values for both of us ✨

It’s all about fun, family, friends, and making memories together. We know that’s what makes The Brueys such a unique and special place for everyone who comes to experience the magic of our little corner of the earth ✨

We were reflecting this morning down the beach watching the water about how lucky we are to be surrounded by amazing people- epic guests who are now family, our friends, and our community. We also just welcomed our first guests to Brueys Bali this weekend and it’s been an incredible kick off to that new part of our business - a literal dream come true✨

Big love and appreciation to each and every one of you- we love you! Let’s keep all the good times rolling 🫶🏻
