✨ Meet Shibori Family Room 2.0 ✨

One of the questions we hear most from families is,
“Can we all stay together if we are a family of 4?”

The answer is now a very happy yes. We reimagined Shibori to create a space that comfortably sleeps four without compromising the design philosophy we’ve poured into every corner of The Brueys. Custom-built bespoke lofts, thoughtfully curated finishes, beautiful textures, and all the little details that make a stay feel special. Because we don’t believe family rooms have to feel like an afterthought or hastily pieced together.

We wanted to create a space where parents could enjoy a beautiful, design-led room while kids had a cozy little place to call their own. A room that feels elevated, warm, and unmistakably The Brueys.

We’re so proud of how she turned out, and we can’t wait to welcome your family this winter. ❄️

We have officially entered the “let’s just stare at the photos again” phase 👀

This renovation of our gorgeous Lotus Room has been months in the making, and we couldn’t be more proud of how it turned out ⚡️

Bruey and our Sous Chef Regan (who casually moonlights as a qualified electrician 🤯) completely transformed this standard triple room into a bespoke family room featuring a custom king bed and two oversized lofted singles- perfect for a family of 3 or 4 people.

Built from locally sourced wood, every detail was intentional—from the generous lofted bunks to individual power outlets for every guest (because everyone deserves their own charging spot ✅). The goal was to create a space that feels spacious, functional, and incredibly cozy for families without compromising on design.

We genuinely can’t stop looking at these photos. Seeing an idea come to life—and then somehow turn out even better than you imagined—is such a cool feeling ✨

Now someone please book it before we move into it ourselves 😉

At The Brueys, we believe everyone deserves a holiday.
For the little ones, we’ve created a dedicated Kids Room packed with all the good stuff:

✨ A comfy couch
✨ Fluffy pillows
✨ Bean bags galore
✨ A big-screen TV with Netflix (including Netflix Kids)
✨ A chalkboard wall for endless creativity
✨ Games, puzzles, and plenty to explore
It’s a space for imaginations to run wild, new friendships to form, and for kids to simply be kids.

Meanwhile, upstairs is your chance to slow down. Pour a cocktail, flip through our vinyl collection, settle in for a long dinner, swap stories from the day on snow, and soak up all the lodge vibes.

Because the best family holidays aren’t just fun for the kids - they’re fun for the grown-ups too. ❄️

2026/2027 Season … it’s coming in hot, friends!

There’s something that’s pure magic about winter at The Brueys ✨

Fresh snow stacked outside the windows. Buzz at Brekkie. Apres fun. Long dinners. Vinyl playing downstairs. The walk back from the mountain is a literal dream 🏔️

What started as a small lodge has become a place so many of our guests return to year after year — and book their dates for the next season before they leave…how lucky are we to have the best guest on the planet 🌏

Bookings for Winter 2026/2027 are now open and peak season dates are already almost booked out. Time to get in touch 🫶🏻
