※ If unexpected incident happens leading to problem of "the listing is not as described", our onsite staff will try their best to solve the problem for you asap. However, if the situation is unable to solve during your stay due to irresistible causes, no refund will be paid. Please make sure you understand this point before you book our apartment. Booking / Check in Procedure
1. After you have confirmed you booking, we will send an detail route tutorial to you through email, please check and read it. Remember to print a HARDCOPY and bring it with you during your trip, it will help you a lot.
2. If you have any question about check in/finding the apartment, please ask us before but not at the last minute. As our team office is located out of Tokyo, we can’t reach to you immediately, we hope you can understand this point and prepare well for yourself before coming. Furthermore, we still have colleague in Tokyo area that can give a helping hand in emergency situation.
3. Before the day of your arrival, I will give you the password to open the apartment mailbox, you can get the key inside when you arrive. There are some apartments that are using door lock, you just need to enter the password, then you can directly get into the room.
