暖かくなってきたので、フロントのパンダたちとお客様から以前いただいたカンガルーをお洗濯しました✨

綺麗になってまたフロントでお待ちしております！

The weather has gotten warmer, so we gave the pandas at the front desk and the kangaroo we previously received from a guest a nice wash ✨

Once they’re all clean, they’ll be waiting for you again at the front desk!

あいにくの雨ですが、ホテルニューウエノではクリスマスツリーとパンダサンタがお客様をお待ちしております🔔✨
Today is Christmas Eve 🎄. Unfortunately, it's rainy, but at Hotel New Ueno, a Christmas tree and Panda Santa are waiting to welcome our guests.

そして、もう少しでお正月ということで、スタッフが和風な楊枝入れを作ってみました🎍
And since the New Year is just around the corner, the staff tried making a Japanese-style toothpick holder.🫶

長年一緒にいた金魚さん。。10/11（土）朝亡くなりました。今までありがとうございました。Our goldfish, who I've kept for many years... Passed away on the morning of Saturday, October 11th. Thank you for everything.😇😇😇😇😇
