今回ご紹介するのは、いつも明るく元気なヘルパーふうかの卒業イベントです！🌸

みなさん、こんにちは！
209代目ヘルパーの風花です。
大学3年生を休学中で、1月までデンマークに留学していました🇩🇰

私は今回、フリーマーケットとカフェを開きます。
フリーマーケットで売る服は、300-600円をメインにしており、気軽にお買い求めいただけるかと思います。
また、カフェではコーヒー、手作りのイチゴムースケーキ🍓と抹茶のテリーヌ🍵をご提供する予定です（上手に作れますように）。

少しお話し…
4月の復学までに休学中にしかできないことで、自分のやりたいことはなんだろうと考えていた時に、ずっと考えていたゲストハウスで働いてみよう！と思いたち、応募しました。
数あるゲストハウスの中でtoco.を選んだのはやはり、東京では珍しいこの古民家から溢れ出る雰囲気です。
写真から伝わる温かさに惹かれました。

実際に働いてみてもそのイメージは変わることなく、想像よりも何十倍も素敵な場所でした。

お話しするのが大好きなので、まだまだ最後までいろんな人と出会えることを楽しみにしています〜！

Hi! I’m Fuka, the 209th helper.
Currently I’m taking a gap year and I’ve studied abroad in Denmark until this January 🇩🇰

I’m going to hold a flea market and cafe.
Most of the clothes will cost 300 to 600 yen.

As I was thinking about what I wanted to do before returning to university in April—something I could only do while gap year—I decided to finally try working at a guesthouse, something I had been considering for a long time.

There are so many guesthouses in Tokyo but I chose toco. to work.
Because I fell in love with its atmosphere through pictures.
Even as a Japanese person , it’s rare to see this kind of building in real life, and this heartwarming and cozy atmosphere made me feel like I wanted to work here.
Since I started working here,my impression hasn’t change at all.
It turned out to be an even more wonderful place than I had imagined.

I really like talking a lot of people so I’m looking forward to seeing and talking to you 😻

さてさて！今回は2月の卒業イベント第2弾
台湾から来たとっても優しいキティさんのフードイベントのお知らせです！

みなさん、こんにちは！
206代目ヘルパーのキティです。

苗字はハローです笑。

私は台湾から来ました。
今までにゲストハウスに泊まった経験はありましたが、実はゲストハウスで他のゲストと交流したことはほとんどありませんでした。
ですが、tocoで過ごした三ヶ月間で、徐々にゲストと自然に話し始めることができるようになり、世界中のたくさんの人々と交流することができました。
今でも戸惑うことがありますが、英語は台湾にいた時よりも話せるようになりました。

tocoのスタッフの皆さんは優しくて、料理も美味しかったです！
みんなで一緒にまかないを食べるのは、tocoに来て初めての経験でした！

卒業イベントは台湾の「ねぎもち」を用意しました。
ねぎが入った生地に卵をのせ、さらに醤油をかけて、ふわふわの食感がたまらないです。
台湾の屋台や朝ごはんのお店でもよく見かける食べ物です。
絶対に美味しいから、みんな食べに来てね～！

Hello, everyone! I’m Kitty, the 206th helper.

My last name is “Hello” … just kidding!

I’m from Taiwan.
I’ve stayed at guesthouses before, but to be honest, I rarely interacted with other guests. However, during my three months at Toco, I gradually became more comfortable talking with guests naturally and connecting with people from all over the world.
I still get confused sometimes, but my English has definitely improved compared to when I was in Taiwan.

The staff at Toco were so kind, and the food was amazing!
Sharing staff meals together was a completely new experience for me.

For my farewell event, I’m making Taiwan’s famous scallion pancakes (葱油饼)!
They’re made with a dough filled with green onions, topped with an egg, and drizzled with soy sauce. The crispy yet fluffy texture is absolutely irresistible!
You can often find them at street stalls and breakfast shops in Taiwan.
They’re definitely delicious, so be sure to come and try them!

日本に来る前、ワーキングホリデーの情報を探していたところ、韓国のブログでtoco.を知り、ここで暮らす事を決めました。

toco.で日本での生活を始めることができて、とても感謝しています。
ここで作った思い出は一生忘れられないと思います！

たくさんの方々に親切にしていただき、まかないも本当に美味しくて、毎日がハッピーでした。
私にとって、日本の故郷はtoco.だと思います🏠

二ヶ月半、本当にお世話になりました。

私が提供するイベントメニューは、お祝いの時に韓国人がよく食べる
“ザンチグッス”（にゅうめん）と、
トッポッキではなく、韓国の屋台でよく見かける食べ歩きフード

I’m Kim Minju, the 207th free accommodation staff at Guesthouse toco.

Before coming to Japan, I was looking for working holiday information, and I found toco. through a Korean blog.
That’s how I decided to live here.

I’m really grateful to have started my life in Japan at toco.
The memories I’ve made here will never be forgotten!

I’ve been treated with kindness by so many people, the staffmeals were absolutely delicious, and every day has been filled with happiness.
To me, toco. is my home in Japan.

I’m truly thankful for the past two and a half months.

For my event menu, I will be serving “Zanchiguksu” (noodle soup) that Koreans commonly eat during celebrations, and instead of tteokbokki, I will serve a popular Korean street food called “Tokkoci.”
It’s a sweet and spicy snack made by skewering rice cakes!

toco.での生活もあっという間に2ヶ月が過ぎ、来週ついに卒業を迎えることになりました🎓😢
そこで、お別れイベントのお知らせをさせていただきます！

🇹🇼 台湾と日本は地理的にも近く、食文化や日常の習慣にも似ている部分がたくさんあります！
そして、一番人気なスポーツも野球⚾️ですね！

沖縄よりも南に位置する台湾出身の私にとって、10度以下の気温はもう立派な“真冬”です❄️😂
そこで、冬にぴったりな台湾の冬の定番料理「三杯鶏」を、卒業前に皆さんにシェアしたいと思います！

「三杯」とは、酒、醤油、ごま油をそれぞれ一杯ずつ加えることを意味します。
イベント当日は、台湾産の黒胡麻油を使った「三杯鶏」をご用意します🍗✨

It’s already been two months since I started living at toco, and next week, I will finally be graduating 🎓😢

🇹🇼 Taiwan and Japan are geographically close and share many similarities in food culture and daily habits!
And of course, Most favorite sport in either country is baseball ! ⚾️

I'm coming from Taiwan, which is further south than Okinawa, temperatures below 10°C already feel like a "real winter" to me ❄️😂
That’s why I’d love to share a classic winter dish from Taiwan, "Three-Cup Chicken," with you all before I graduate!

"Three-Cup" refers to using one cup each of rice wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil. At the event, I’ll be preparing "Three-Cup Chicken" using Taiwanese black sesame oil 🍗✨
It’s also perfect for pairing with beer 🍻
