Paint traditional Japanese patterns in your own style and create your very own paulownia box.
Choose your favorite colors and enjoy a hands-on Japanese craft experience. ✨
Take your finished box home with you—it can be a fun travel keepsake or a souvenir to take back home.
You don’t need to be staying at Sumu Ueno East to join. Everyone is welcome!

A new Sumu is opening in South Asakusa on October 10, 2026! 🏮✨
Take a morning walk through Asakusa, stop for coffee in Kuramae, head toward the Tokyo Skytree, or simply take your
time in your room.
In that freedom, you might discover something a little different from your everyday life.

【WINE & OMUSUBI at 爽涼祭 🍷🍙】
Join Sumu at “Soryo Festival” at Daikanyama T-SITE on September 26–27! ✨
This time, we’ll be joining forces with mirach w**e stand, a w**e stand based in Tama-Plaza, and Marumusu, an omusubi shop just a 30-second walk from Gakugei-daigaku Station.
Enjoy the w**es we usually serve at our stores, with the importers who bring them to us also joining the event.
You’ll also have the chance to discover the stories behind the w**e, from the people who make it to the journey that brings each bottle to Japan.
Marumusu will also be serving their carefully crafted “reward omusubi” made with carefully selected ingredients!
Only 50 omusubi will be available each day, so come early if you have one you want to try! 👀

9月26日、27日，Sumu 將在代官山 T-SITE 舉辦的「爽涼祭」登場！✨
這次將與位於玉川廣場的 mirach w**e stand，以及距離學藝大學站步行僅 30 秒的飯糰店 Marumusu 一同出店。
現場除了可以享用平常在店裡提供的葡萄酒，也會有平常為我們帶來葡萄酒的進口商一同參與活動。
你也可以進一步認識葡萄酒背後的故事，從釀酒師到一瓶酒來到日本的旅程，發現平常不容易接觸到的葡萄酒背景。
另外，Marumusu 也將帶來嚴選食材製作的「幸福犒賞飯糰」！
每天限量 50 個，想吃到心儀的飯糰，記得早點來👀

9月26日・27日、代官山T-SITEで開催される「爽涼祭」に、Sumuが出店します✨
今回は、たまプラーザを拠点にワインスタンドを営むミラク、そして学芸大学駅から徒歩30秒のおむすび屋マルムスと一緒に出店。
会場では、普段店舗でお届けしているワインを楽しめるだけでなく、いつもワインを届けてくださっているインポーターさんも参加。
ワインの造り手や、そのワインが日本に届くまでの背景など、普段なかなか知ることのできないストーリーにも触れていただけます。
そして、マルムスからは、素材にこだわった「ご褒美おむすび」が登場！
1日50個限定なのでぜひお早めに👀
