2025年利き鮎会でグランプリを獲得した、日本一とも称される「高原川の鮎（あゆ）」。
この夏は、極上の旨味と高貴な香りが詰まった“日本一の鮎”を味わいに、美しい水と昭和レトロな雰囲気が漂う「飛騨神岡」へ出かけてみませんか？

神岡の鮎がこれほどまでに美味しい秘密は、どこまでも透き通る綺麗な水にあります。
豊かな清流とはぐくまれたコケを食べて育った鮎は、雑味がなく、一口食べれば上品な香りとふっくらとした身の甘さが口いっぱいに広がります。現地で炭火でじっくり焼き上げた塩焼きは、まさに贅沢そのもの。
