小夏は、高知特産の柑橘
白い甘皮部分も一緒に楽しむことで、より上品な甘みを味わうことができます。

足摺半島の山の上にある井村農園で栽培されており、4月〜5月にかけて収穫されます。

To finish our spring course, a refreshing citrus dessert that heralds the arrival of early summer in Ashizuri.

Konatsu is a citrus fruit specialty of Kochi.
By enjoying it together with the white inner peel, you can experience its more delicate and refined sweetness.

It is cultivated at Imura Farm, located in the mountains of the Ashizuri Peninsula, and harvested from April through May.

エントリーした５種のピッツァを焼き、来場された皆様の投票でグランプリを選出しました！

土佐清水の給食で人気！
季節の食材をプラスワンした「宗田節カレー」。懐かしの味を活かして、子どもも大人も楽しめるようにと考案しました。

グランプリに輝いた清水中学校チームの皆さんには、「TheMana Villageスイートルーム宿泊ご招待」
＆
「Azzurrissimo期間限定メニュー化」
の賞品が贈られます🎉

【宗田節カレーピッツァ】は、さらなるブラッシュアップを経て、６月頃に実際にAzzurrissimoのメニューとしてご提供予定です。ぜひお楽しみに！☺️

惜しくもグランプリには届かなかった他のピッツァも、どれも力作ぞろい。

On April 5, 2026, we celebrated the 4th Anniversary of TheMana Village.

On the day, we hosted the very first P-1 Grand Prix.
Five original pizzas were prepared, and our guests voted to decide the grand prize winner!

And the very first champion is…

“Sodabushi Curry Pizza”
created by four members of the Pizza Club from Shimizu Junior High School.

A beloved school lunch favorite in Tosashimizu, “Sodabushi Curry” was enhanced with seasonal ingredients.
They reimagined this nostalgic flavor into a pizza that can be enjoyed by both children and adults.

The winning team from Shimizu Junior High School will receive:
✨ An invitation to stay in TheMana Village Suite Room
✨ A limited-time feature of their pizza on the Azzurrissimo menu

After further refinement, the “Sodabushi Curry Pizza” is scheduled to be available at Azzurrissimo around June. Stay tuned! ☺️

All of the pizzas that didn’t take the grand prize were also incredibly creative and impressive.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and to all who joined us on the day.

The stage performances were brought to life by Ashizuri Taiko, students from Shimizu Junior High School, Shimizu High School, and the dance unit 7-NANA-!
