I am a owner, Junichi living in Shibuya, Tokyo.
I introduce about Komagome area.

Komagome is perfect location for guests who plan to go to Japanese traditional area such as Asakusa and YaNeSen. Also, there are two popular Japanese gardens and many restaurants and stores between the room and the nearest station Komagome.
Plus, perfect location because Komagome is exactly between Shinjuku/Shibuya and Asakusa. So you will have easy access not only traditional area but also metro area.
My recommendation is YaNeSen area. This area is known as traditional and authentic area like Kyoto in Tokyo. Surprisingly, you can walk there from the apartment for 20 mins or 15 mins by train. So if you want authentic and traditional experience, it will be perfect location!!

Just 5 mins walk to the nearest station. You can use Yamanote-line and will easy to reach to main areas such as Shinjuku, Shinbuya and Asakusa.
