2024-25 Winter Season Homestay Staff Wanted!
【Experience Japanese culture while working in Nozawa Onsen, a culturally diverse area that’s bustling with domestic and inbound international tourism!】
Period: From late December to early May (Golden Week) for a minimum of 2 weeks. (Long-term welcome!!! Short-term also possible! Please consult with us.)
Duties: General lodge accommodation services 【Kitchen assistance, room cleaning, restaurant service, guest transport with caterpillar vehicle, ski rental staff】
Working hours: Typically 7:00-10:00 & 16:00-21:00 (subject to change based on guest numbers)
Feel free to consult us regarding working hours and schedules.
Requirements:18 years and older healthy and cheerful individuals
◇ Must be able to work energetically and communicate well with people! (This is essential!)
◇ Must respect Japanese culture and be able to adapt to the working and living environment.
Salary: ¥1300/hour (¥1000/hour during the first week trial period)
Days off: To be discussed
Benefits: On-site shared accommodation with 3 meals provided, assistance with purchasing a personal season pass.
Other: Preference for individuals who can communicate and handle emails in English.

For those who love skiing or snowboarding, our lodge is located in the Hikage area, the main slope of Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, making it easy to hit the slopes during breaks or on days off! Maximize your skiing time! (This depends on the number of guests and tasks.)
Our ski-in/ski-out location is our biggest selling point! By the end of your working period, your skiing or snowboarding skills will surely improve!
