2026年5月17日に開催した「田植え体験」が、総勢107名のご参加にて終了いたしました。

会場となった南魚沼市の田んぼでは、やわらかな土の感触や、水鏡のように空を映す田園風景の中で、新潟ならではのお米づくりを体験していただきました。

今年入社した新入社員2名も、1年目プログラムの一環として参加。
お客さまと同じように田植え体験へ加わり、ゲストの皆さまが愉しまれている様子や、自然体験ならではの魅力を体感しました。

泥に触れ、空を見上げ、みんなで笑い合った初夏の一日。

ご参加いただいた皆さまをはじめ、南越後交通バスの皆さま、農家の皆さま、MCのマリさん、そして運営を支えたホテルスタッフの協力により、今年も開催することができました。

そして、地域の皆さまの温かなご協力に、心よりありがとうございます。
稲刈り体験は9月中旬頃を予定しております🌾

The "Rice Planting Experience" held on May 17, 2026, concluded with a total of 107 participants.

At the rice paddy in Minamiuonuma City, the venue for the event, participants experienced the unique Niigata rice cultivation process, feeling the soft texture of the soil and amidst the rural landscape reflecting the sky like a mirror.

Two new employees who joined the company this year also participated as part of their first-year program.

They joined the rice planting experience alongside our guests, experiencing firsthand the enjoyment of the guests and the charm of a nature-based experience.

It was a day of early summer filled with touching mud, gazing at the sky, and laughter.

Thank you very much for your participation, the staff of Minami Echigo Kotsu Bus, the farmers, MC Mari, and the hotel staff who supported the operation.

We are truly grateful for your participation.

And we extend our heartfelt thanks to the warm cooperation of the local community.

The rice harvesting experience is scheduled for mid-September 🌾
We look forward to seeing you all again when the rice planted in spring ripens.

〈ツォイワンとは〉
羊や、（または牛）野菜、小麦粉で作った手打ち麺を一緒に蒸して炒め、味付けはシンプルに塩と胡椒。
素材本来の味を愉しめるモンゴルで一般的な家庭料理です。

Lamb, (or beef), vegetables, and handmade noodles made from wheat flour are steamed and then stir-fried together, seasoned simply with salt and pepper.

It is a common Mongolian home-style dish that allows you to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients.
