JOB VACANCY for Front Desk Agent and Front Desk/Housekeeping Supervisor!!

We are looking for talented and upbeat people to join our dynamic and friendly team. The role as a Front Desk Agent will be to check-in and check-out guests with a warm and friendly interaction, you should have the ability to anticipate individual guest needs and give them the attention they deserve.

The role for the Front Desk/Housekeeping Supervisor will be to ensure you and your team deliver an exceptional journey from check-in to check-out. Besides working at the front desk, you will also assist in the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to the company standards.
