Many of you have been asking…“Where did you disappear to?”“What happened to the dogs and the cat?”

Well… we are here. ❤️

Life simply took us on a new adventure — to the beautiful Maili Tatu Farm in Northern Kenya, where nature, animals, farming, and peaceful countryside life became part of our everyday story.

The dogs are happy.The cat is enjoying farm life.And every day brings new sunrises, new animals, growing crops, birds around the water pans, and the kind of peace that is difficult to describe unless you experience it yourself.

Over time, we created something very special here — Baraka Camp — a place where we can now welcome guests who would like to escape the city and experience authentic Kenyan farm life close to nature.

Here you can:• Stay surrounded by open skies and fresh air• Wake up to birdsong and views of Mount Kenya• Meet farm animals and see real farm work in action• Enjoy peaceful evenings by the fireplace• Experience the beauty and simplicity of countryside living

I am often asked “how is the rainy season at the ?” It is also . Just look at the pictures. The rainfall is in short bursts with lovely sunshine for most of the day. The temperature drops to 28 degrees in the day and 19 degrees at night. Everything is lush and green. Rain in Africa is a real blessing. And during the short shower you can enjoy the bar area having the best .

Estate Sonrisa a quiet private property, with three comfortable self catering apartments. Being directly on the beach, you can swim in the sea or lay on the beach or go for long uninterrupted walks, where you only meet a few fishermen, and if you promise to bring our dogs back, they guide you happily on your walk.
