Tasks/Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and ensuring all dishes are prepared according to the standard recipe.
2. Monitoring the quality and presentation of dishes.
3. Ensuring food is cooked properly, seasoned correctly and presented attractively as per standards
4. Keeping stock and make sure all stations are clean. Able to do inventory, managing cost and waste
5. Understanding the menu including special dietary requirement
6. Performing other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:
1. MUST have a minimum of 3yrs experience in a hot kitchen
2. MUST Have a certificate/diploma in food production
3. Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
