March has officially come to a close, but honestly? The energy we cultivated this month doesn't just evaporate with the turning of a calendar page. As I'm sitting here looking back at this Women's History Month recap, my heart is so incredibly fullโand I need to take a minute to speak to all of us. Not just the faces you see in this frame, but the women whose energy filled this room even if their bodies couldn't be there.
To the women who managed to show up: Thank you for the laughter that bounced off these walls, for the vulnerability shared over coffee, for the business cards exchanged, and for the way you held space for one another. You made the intentional decision to pour into your cup, to network with purpose, and to celebrate the power of female community in a world that often tells us to compete. Seeing you all connect, elevate, and simply breathe together was the purest form of International Women's Day and Women's History Month celebration I could have ever imagined.
But this message? It's equallyโif not moreโfor the women who didn't manage to make it.
I see you. We see you. This month, and every month, we hold space for the women who wanted to be in the room but were pulled in a million different directions. The mother who chose to stay home because the mental load of arranging childcare outweighed the relief of a night out. The woman who is in a season of rest, protecting her energy and her peace, even if it means missing a photo op. The friend who is navigating a hard seasonโgrief, burnout, or simply the exhaustion of existing in this fast-paced world.
Your absence is not a failure to prioritize yourself; it is often proof of how much you are carrying. And in a world of hustle culture and relentless FOMO, choosing what is right for your nervous system is the most radical act of self-care and female empowerment there is.
This Womenโs Month, we celebrated more than just a gathering. We celebrated resilience. We celebrated the invisible labor. We celebrated the woman cheering from the group chat at 2 AM because that was the only quiet moment she ha
