What our guests love most about Che Shale is often the same thing words struggle to fully explain.

The quiet.

Our bandas are built from natural local materials - makuti roofs and woven floors, driftwood, and coral stone -designed to feel completely connected to the beach and the wildness around them. Open, and airy to welcome the breeze.

No polished perfection. No heavy doors shutting you off from nature. Just sea breeze moving through the room, the sound of the ocean in the distance.

Each banda is slightly different, with its own character and charm, tucked privately amongst the palms and just steps from the beach.

Rustic, relaxed and intentionally simple - the kind of place where sandy feet are always welcome and life naturally slows down.

We reopen on 10th July, just in time for long beach days, kite season, ocean swims and slow mornings by the sea.

Our reopening specials include:
