Accommodation b/b at Kshs 5700/- per single
The rates are net and are inclusive of all taxes.
In case the organization is VAT exempt, we will require the exemption letter a week prior to arrival date. In the event you are unable to provide the letter, you will be required to make full payment to us including the VAT amount & then we will process a refund for VAT once you submit the letter.
In the case you may require a LCD Projector we shall levy you an extra charge of Kshs 3,500.00
Kindly note that we require a minimum of 60% deposit to ascertain booking is reserved, with the balance due on the day of the function or Company Cheque four days prior to the function
Please Note that in case of cancellation or amendment in the number of pax, we should be informed at least 24 hours before the function or else 100% of the net value will be charged
