🎯 Key Requirements

🔹 Proven experience as an F&B Manager (hotel experience preferred)
🔹 Strong knowledge of buffet operations & presentation standards
🔹 Experience in bar stock control and cost management
🔹 Leadership skills with a firm and professional approach
🔹 Good understanding of reporting, POS systems, and controls
