The Lakehouse Tigoni is a lovely 8 acre estate with a private swimmable lake in the highlands of Limuru. Located only 25 minutes passed Village Market up Limuru Road, the estate has a lovely house that sleeps 11, the View Tent that sleeps two, ground that have hosted events for over 250 people, and a floating restaurant that seats 40. The Lakehouse has a number of events open to the public each mo

nth, and the property is also available for private functions as follows:

The Lakehouse sleeps 9 in four bedrooms, includes 1 staff person, use of the grounds. $300/nt (weekdays) or $600/nt (holidays and weekends). It sleep two, has its own bathroom facilities, and is available for $70/nt (weekdays) or $140//nt (holidays and weekends). The Eduardo Barge is a floating restaurant on our lake. It has a full, professional kitchen and seats up to 40 guests. The Eduardo can be rented on a self catering basis for $500/day (weekdays) or $700/day (holidays and weekends). We also have a number of chefs we work with who can cook fantastic feasts for you on The Eduardo, at an estimated cost of $50-$60 per person, exclusive of alcohol. The grounds are available for rent for $1000 for up to 200 people, and $1500 for bigger events. Renters must arrange for their own permits, security, bathroom facilities, electricity backup and cleanup. The Wedding Package includes the use of the barge for a rehearsal dinner, followed by a night in the Lakehouse and View Tent, and then a wedding party the following morning. This is priced at $2000.
