A. i) One room - per student- per bed - occupancy with fixed bed, mattress, closet,
drawers and own reading table
ii) Borehole ~to minimize water shortages
iii) Heated water showers
iv) Sizeable DSTV connected Dinning/TV room/common room ~ communal enj
oyment of sports & other favorite programs
v) Own cloth line ~ to minimize loss, mix-up or theft of clothes
vi) Closed-circuit camera monitor ~ to enhance security
vii) Outdoor games mini- court ~ Basketball hoop, etc
viii) Leisure out door garden and top floor balcony rest place
ix) Secure perimeter fence plus security guards on 24/7 basis manning main-gate
x) Limited storage facilities (during off-term) for short periods ~ (at a pay)
xi) Regular cleaning and fumigation of common areas
B. Other Facilities –
i) Breakfast and Supper ~ meals prepared at in-house kitchen- This will be at a pay payable alongside rent
ii) Wi-fi ~ At the comfort of your room and other designated points within the compound
iii) Washing & Drier Machines ~ At a pay using coins/tokens. (Amount payable per load to be specified once machines are set up). Our objective is to make your stay as hustle free and as comfortable as possible as you concentrate on your studies.
