This month, I went back to something simple….morning walks on the beach. 🤍

After a difficult period, losing two people close to me — my mother, and a friend who was far too young — it has taken time to find my way back to small moments of peace.

Walking barefoot on the sand, feeling the ocean beside me, reminded me how healing nature can be.

Early mornings here are so quiet and calm…
just a few people walking, others working out, and the beach resting in silence.
No beach boys, no noise — only the sound of the waves.

Grateful for this gentle space to breathe again. 🌊✨
