Maisons Wat Kor consists of four traditional Khmer houses, salted swimming pool, restaurant serve Khmer and western cuisine. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Chef Nak for graciously visiting and supporting our Slow Food demonstration during the Khmer New Year celebration in Battambang. Your presence was truly an honor and a meaningful encouragement to our initiative.

Slow Food is a global movement committed to promoting local, traditional, and sustainable food practices. This event aims to preserve regional culinary heritage while encouraging the cultivation of native plants, seeds, and livestock that reflect the richness of our local ecosystem. It also supports small local businesses and advocates for a more sustainable and responsible food culture.

We warmly invite you to join us and experience the art of traditional cuisine from April 14 to 16, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, along the Sangke River in Battambang.
