dn't get it's name from the famous smoking device! Bong is a way of respectfully greeting older friends in the Cambodian language. As a business Bong's would never have been possible without the help of our good Cambodian friends, as a sign of respect to them we have named our boutique rooms after those 'Bong's' who helped us the most. At Bong's we are keen to support our local community, we try to be pro active in our approach to island issues and we also do regular fundraisers for the awesome NGO Friends of Koh Rong; an organisation formed to help educate the local islanders and western tourists in the practices of sustainable tourism and community development. Bong's is a fully functioning guesthouse, bar and restaurant that specialises in western food. So whenever your on Koh Rong whether your hungry, thirsty or need somewhere to rest your head be sure to drop in. We look forward to seeing you soon
