All stories have a beginning and an end. The Ganesha’s story got many chapters. A big book in my life and for many others as well. This book as we know it is now closed. After 8 years managing this special place, I am the last guardian to leave.
From deep from my heart, I wanted to thank all the guests who have participated to this human adventure. Ganesha’s has been a home away from home for Nature’s lovers, Soul seekers, for travelers from all around the world. Ganesha always has been a special place. I felt it at first sight. Some booked one night and stayed 6 months… Thanks for the smiles, the chats, the hugs, the laughter and sometimes even the tears. What made this place so special is not only the beautiful Nature around, it is the spirit. The spirit that Emmanuel and I put into it with the unwavering support of our family here: our staff. We created all together an eco friendly sustainable sanctuary with values and respect. I want to thank you all, my brothers and sisters, my Khmer family. I wanted to thank also all the volunteers, the friends, who came to give a hand, to support us.
An incredible human story indeed….Ganesha…. I feel blessed to have been one of your guardians. You have taught me a lot. Ganesha, the Lord of Wisdom, the remover of obstacles, the God of travelers. Life is a journey. May Lord Ganesha be your guide through it.
