-- MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR --
We are looking for a dynamic individual to take in charge our Hotel Maintenance.
Responsible to manage all aspects of maintenance staff on a daily basis, you direct, coordinate and perform routine, preventive and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of the hotel operations.
You will supervise two staff members, coordinate with the hotel and rooftop bar team, under the supervision of our Operations Manager.
Ideally you have:
- at least 3-4 years of experience in the maintenance of an hotel or service apartment
- extensive technical skills in MEP, and carpentry/masonry would be a plus
- you speak English, fair level is necessary
- you are well organised with an attention to details

We offer:
- A competitive salary based on your experience and technical skills
- Food allowance
- All Annual leaves, Public holidays and sick leave according to the labor law
- Seniority payment (15 days bonus per year)
- NSSF insurance plan
- Uniform
