On 25 August 2026, our Culinary Trainees took part in the Management Trainee Cooking Competition, an exciting opportunity for them to step outside their usual roles and showcase their culinary talents, as a celebration for completing their training program of five months.
More than just a competition, the event allowed each trainee to demonstrate their creativity, passion, confidence, and true potential throughout the entire culinary journey. From carefully selecting their ingredients and applying proper food safety practices, to preparing and refining their dishes, every step reflected their knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail.
Behind every dish was also a story. Each trainee had the opportunity to share the reason and inspiration behind their chosen dish, bringing their own experiences, ideas, and personality into what they created. Their dishes were not only about taste, but also about the thought and meaning behind each creation.
From the preparation process to the final presentation, every trainee transformed their dish into a piece of culinary art, showcasing their creativity through the way they presented their final creations.
We are incredibly proud of everyone who took part and gave their best, embracing the opportunity to challenge themselves, learn, create, and showcase what they are truly capable of. The competition was also a wonderful opportunity to see how far our trainees have grown throughout their journey with us these past five months.
