Asiban Quay Boutique Hotel is a 10-room riverside hotel offering personalized hospitality and a warm guest experience. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and professional Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional service.

Position: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Riverside, Phnom Penh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in hotel operations or hospitality management

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily front office and housekeeping operations
• Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest inquiries/complaints
• Assist with room inspections and maintain hygiene/quality standards
• Manage staff schedules and coordinate team tasks
• Monitor reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Support hotel management in achieving occupancy and service goals
• Ensure safety, security, and hotel SOP compliance
• Prepare daily reports and maintain records

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel or hospitality supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English (Khmer is an advantage)
• Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional attitude
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer skills (PMS experience is an advantage)

"Immerse in the breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset where the Tonle Sap meets the Mekong River from our balcony rooms overlooking the riverside promenade. This was the view that captivated my heart when I stayed in Asiban Quay Boutique Hotel, Phnom Penh for the first time and I immediately fell in love with it.

We offer unforgettable experiences for every type of traveller, a tourist coming to Cambodia for the first time, a business traveller stopping by regularly for meetings and events or even a couple on your honeymoon in the Kingdom of Wonder.

As travellers and regular hotel guests ourselves we understand the challenges and difficulties faced in finding an ideal hotel to stay in. More so if it's in a country you have never been before. Every traveller brings with them their own high expectations of standards and quality in a hotel and we the owners are no different.

I have been travelling regularly to Phnom Penh on monthly basis for nearly 2 years now. On every trip i will book different hotels according to my budget. Some hotels were far and in inconvenient locations, some had thin unconfortable pillows, water leaking from the ceiling and many more unpleasant encounters.
