goodbye to Rambutan Resort Phnom Penh.
What started as a small idea has grown into something far beyond what I ever imagined. Rambutan was never just a hotel to us , it was a home, a community and in many ways a school of life.
Over the years, we've watched so many people walk through these doors, guests who became friends and team members who became family. We have always said we never saw our staff as “staff,” but more like students who come, grow and move on to their next chapter. Seeing each generation flourish has been one of the greatest joys of this journey.
There have been challenges, of course but also so much laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. Rambutan has been a place where people could feel safe, be themselves, and connect. That is something we will always be proud of.
Now as this chapter comes to an end for us, we do so with a full heart. The resort will continue under new ownership " Sonitori Resort " with the same wonderful team who have made it so special and we couldn’t be happier knowing it’s in good hands.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey, guests, friends, partners, and especially our incredible team. You’ve shaped Rambutan into what it is today.

P.S. For those asking — Rambutan Hotel and Resort Siem Reap is not going anywhere. It continues, as always, with us.
